The HBI Club Reward Scheme is open to UK employees who currently use or are going to use HBI for the client’s hotel, Travel and conference bookings requirements. 2. The Rewards Scheme will commence on 1st February 2010 until the time HBI terminates the Scheme. 3. Points will be awarded for each booking made on maturity on the following basis For all Hotel bookings 1 point per booking For all Conference bookings 1 point per £100 turnover booked For all Travel bookings 1 point for each booking over £100 Please note that any non commissioned hotel booked and for which no transaction fee is charged will not quality for this reward scheme. 4. Any booking made prior to the commencement of the scheme will not be included in the rewards scheme. 5. Points can be redeemed for gift vouchers. The scheme will award the following values for points redeemed:- For 20 points redeemed £5 gift voucher of your choice For 50 points redeemed £15 gift voucher of your choice For 100 points redeemed £40 gift voucher of your choice 6. HBI reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice either as a whole scheme or for any individual for the misuse of the scheme. HBI will not be liable for any fraud or misuse of points by any other persons. 7. The Vouchers may be considered as a taxable benefit and the individual may be subject to tax.HBI will not account for any tax liability in respect of this scheme. 8. The participant must check before joining the scheme that their company has no objection to the individual joining the reward scheme.
